General safety rules and regulations

    • No pets or animals (except for those officially permitted for therapeutic or supportive purposes) shall be allowed access to the Salzburgarena.
    • Visitors are forbidden to use inline skates, skateboards, bicycles etc. on the entire premises of the Salzburgarena.
    • We kindly ask visitors to switch off their mobile phones and pagers during the event.
    • The visitor accepts that the Salzburgarena is under video surveillance and that visual and audio recordings may be made for TV.
    • No handling of any form of pyrotechnics, hazardous substances, open fires etc. shall be permitted on any SalzburgArena premises.
    • All weapons, objects that can be used as weapons, be thrown at people, and all substances that must first be registered with the authorities, are explicitly prohibited in all areas of the Salzburgarena.
    • We reserve the right to expel any visitors who commit a crime on the premises of the Salzburgarena (illegal use of alcohol, trading illicit drugs, deliberate physical injury of others, theft).
    • The distribution of fly-posters, promotional gifts (or anything similar) in front of, or within, the Salzburgarena, and on the parking areas, shall only be allowed with the written permission of Messezentrum Salzburg GmbH.
    • All instructions given by security service representatives and hall management must be obeyed immediately.
    • Emergency exits may only be opened in emergency situations.
    • Noise levels at concerts may cause damage to the hearing and health of visitors. We accept no liability for any such damage or injuries
    • Salzburgarena accepts no liability for any kind of damage to property or any physical injuries.
    • For reasons of safety, on entering the facility we reserve the right to inspect all bags and any other repositories and items of clothing to ensure all content is legitimate.
    • No visitor shall be permitted to enter the offices or artists’ changing rooms.
    • It is forbidden to set up additional seats or to rearrange existing seating.
    • Salzburgarena shall accept no liability for vehicles parked on the car park.
    • Salzburgarena shall accept no liability for items lost or stolen within the Salzburgarena or on the grounds of the venue.
    • Once torn or punched, tickets shall lose their validity on leaving the Salzburgarena.
    • For safety reasons, visitors are not permitted to enter the venue with large rucksacks or bags exceeding A4 size.
    • No photos, films or audio recordings of artists shall be permitted.
    • No bottles or cans may be brought into the halls or indoor areas of the Salzburgarena.
